not forget to advise the owner of the time of your arrival. Departure
from the gîte, once cleaned and tidied up, before 10.00 am.

Returned to the end of her status.
The owner reserves the right to keep the bond:
If the present situation could not be done (in this case the deposit will be returned within eight days)
If the household has not been done (in this case the amount of cleaning will be deducted from the deposit),
If any damage is noted (in this case the amount of damages will be deducted from the deposit).
