The owner reserves the right to keep the bond:
If the present situation could not be done (in this case the deposit will be returned within eight days)
If the household has not been done (in this case the amount of cleaning will be deducted from the deposit),
If any damage is noted (in this case the amount of damages will be deducted from the deposit).
